Project Scim
accepts no liability for any loss incurred due to the use, or
failure of this software. No guarantees are made about it fitness

You specifically agree that Project Scim is not

This agreement supercedes all previous agreements
made between you and Project Scim. It may be varied by Project Scim
at any time without notice.
This agreement is governed by the
laws of Australia and you hereby irrevocably consent to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts in all disputes
arising out of or relating to use of this software or any other
service provided by Project Scim.
If any clause or provision
of this agreement is deemed invalid by Australian law, then it shall
be modified in such a way as to reflect its intentions, or if that
is not possible it shall be removed, without effect on any other
part of this agreement.
You certify that the software items
in question are not or are not intended, in their entirety or in
part, for use in connection with the development, production,
handling, operation, maintenance, storage, detection, identification
or dissemination of chemical, biological or nuclear weapons or other
nuclear explosive devices or the development, production,
maintenance or storage of missiles capable of delivering such
weapons.
That you are a citizen and resident in one of the
following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France,
Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal,
Spain, Sweden, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Norway, Czech
