Is it legal for me to download your software from country XXX ?
Answer: The answer to this question is not straight forward but
there is a comprehensive list (next due to be updated January 2005) where you should be able to find your country listed.
People living in countries thought
to have official "terrorist" ties are not permitted by Australian law to
download or use this software. These countries, as of March 2002 are
Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.
Members of the Project SCIM team have no say in which countries
are considered to be terrorist and we hope not to offend people
residing in these countries by telling you that you are not
allowed to download or use this sofware.
