The program can be run simply by finding it in the start menu. You can create a desktop
shortcut or run it on the command line if you wish. It's an easy process, as easy
as starting any other program.
If you already have the Java Runtime Environment installed on your machine, you
may have downloaded the much smaller version that doesn't include the Virtual Machine. If
